Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • To request a return, customers must contact our support team with the order number and reason for return.

  • Customized or special-order products are non-returnable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Customers will be notified of approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Exchanges
